RELEASE Agreement: I, hereby, give permission to Tysons Headshots and irrevocably approve for past use and permission for present and future use of my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release. If a minor, parent or guardian must sign the model release.
COPYRIGHT and USAGE RIGHTS: All images in this photo shoot are copyrighted and are intended for personal use only. You may use your photos on social media, personal blogs, personal portfolio and personal prints. No commercial usage is allowed. Any other use than the originally intended of the images by Tysons Headshos shall require a separately negotiated license. Commercial use means making money out of these images. If the original intention changes, the model needs to first consult with Tysons Headshots to calculate usage fees and royalties. A new and different license agreement will be issued, beneficial to both parties.
