The headshot mini session is not refundable and must be used on the date of the event.  No reshoots.

No drop-ins will be admitted.

If you need to reschedule your time slot, please contact me as soon as possible within 24 hours to move your time to see if there are still openings.  If you can't make it at all, rescheduling may be done at our studio anytime within a 6-month period of the date of purchase, and you may be required to pay the difference in price.  Rescheduling past the 6-month grace period and No-Shows would require rebooking and paying the full session fee again.

Fashionably late is no biggie, but if you know that you will be more than 5 minutes late, please let me know ASAP. If there are time slots available, we are happy to give them to you. Alternatively, you will be subject to our rescheduling policy for this event.  Given that the time slots are only 15 minutes long, being late more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show.  

This is a non-refundable booking fee, therefore, no-shows and late cancelations won't have the option to reschedule, and would require rebooking and paying a full session fee again.

Tysons Headshots sends up to 2 reminders, including the day before.  If you know you can't make it, please try to reschedule 24 hours before following our Rescheduling Policy for this event.

Everyone will be required to check-in online prior to getting their headshots taken.  The greeter/assistant photographer will ask you to check-in and sign a model and artistic release on an iPad.  The model release lets us know if you are ok with us showing your photos on our website or on social media.  A pre-check-in link will be available a day before to speed up your session in the last reminder notification.

During your session, we will go through a selection process of your photos and you will have the opportunity to choose your favorite shot. 

Your favorite shot will be edited, professionally retouched, and delivered in a private online gallery.

Your headshot will be ready within 48-72 business hours. For this event, we guarantee a delivery date of Thursday, December 22, 2022, by the close of business day.  

We will deliver the images via an online private gallery where you will be able to download the image directly to your computer.

Your headshot fee includes basic editing and retouching which includes, color correction, whitening of teeth, enhancing eyes, removal of distractions, flyaway hairs, and cleanup of background and eyeglasses reflections.  Manipulation of the image (thinning body parts, swapping body parts, etc.), beauty, or editorial retouching is considered advanced retouching and starts at $39 depending on the requests.
