LESS THAN 6 PEOPLE

It is subject to the regular $295 session fee per headshot + image fee unless quoted differently.

TEAMS LARGER THAN 60

It may require a custom quote or qualify for a high-volume group rate.  Contact us for pricing.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOS

Additional photos can be purchased for $75-95 per photo unless quoted differently.

Custom retouching refers to specific retouching requests beyond the basic editing/retouching as described in the agreement.

BOOKING FEE & OTHER FEES

Deposit/Booking Fee

50% of the estimated cost of the project will be due at the time of booking our services. Please check cancelation or rescheduling policies.

Hourly Rate

Tysons Headshots' hourly rate is $295 the hour. This rate is a standalone and when is not part of any package or quote.

Travel Fees

A travel fee of $35 per every 10 miles will apply for sessions further than 10 miles from Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Parking Fees

Non-validated or waived parking fees may apply in final invoice.

Location Fees

 A location fee of $795 will be incurred for the on-location photo shoots plus any other access fees the location may charge for its use, if applicable.

Retouching Fees

More involved beauty retouching such as lifting, wrinkles, thinning, etc. is available and starts at $39 per photo. Packages exist for volume retouching. 

Usage Rights Fee

Commercial usage rights are included in your headshot fee for 2 years only, and it is renewable for $350 per year overall. Please check your agreement for additional details.

Makeup and Hair TouchUps

Quoted upon request.  Hair and makeup stations so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option for hair and makeup touchups to help them look their best. 

Equipment Rentals

Depending on the complexity of the photo shoot, rental of larger equipment may be necessary. The rental fee/charges will vary on the equipment rented for the photo shoot.

Photographer Assistant(s)

Most on-location assignments require a photographer assistant(s) to perform various functions to keep things running smoothly. The rate starts at $250.

Please Note

All employees may be required to sign a model release form. 
You may invite them to sign it before the photoshoot so that they are already in the system and expedite their headshot session. We would send you the model release link to share with your staff.
