OUR FEES

The $295 session fee for personal headshots or a 50% deposit of the estimated cost of the project will be due at the time of booking our services.

Tysons Headshots' hourly rate is $295 the hour. This rate is a standalone and when is not part of any package or quote.

A travel fee of $35 per every 10 miles will apply for sessions further than 10 miles from Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Non-validated or non-waived parking fees may apply and show on the final invoice.

 A fee of $795+ will be incurred for on-location photoshoots as opposed to having them at Tysons Headshots studio. Fee amount depends on the scope of the project.

These are access fees that a venue may charge for the use of its premises to have the photo session.

More involved beauty retouching such as lifting, wrinkles, thinning, etc. is available and starts at $39 per photo. Packages exist for volume retouching. 

There is a $175 fee for expedited images that need to be delivered within a shorter period of time than the established 2 weeks for the standard delivery of images.  

Commercial usage rights are included in your headshot fee for 2 years only, and it is renewable for $350 per year overall. Please check your agreement for additional details.

$825 half day/$1275 full day.  Hair and makeup stations so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option for hair and makeup touchups to help them look their best. 

Depending on the complexity of the photo shoot, rental of larger equipment may be necessary. The rental fee/charges will vary on the equipment rented for the photo shoot.

Most on-location assignments require a photographer assistant(s) to perform various functions to keep things running smoothly. The day rate starts at $250.

Certain packages come with a proofing gallery, others include immediate culling of photos only.  Request for proofing gallery outside package has a $45 fee.

The on-location fee starts at $295 for individual headshots when they opt to have their session at a different location instead of at the studio.
