The booking fee of $295 or the 50% deposit of the estimated cost is not refundable.  Please reschedule within 6 months.

We understand unexpected situations may arise out of your control, so if for any reason, you can't reschedule within a 6-month period, please let me know ASAP within 8-12 hours of the session to discuss what can be done instead. 

We all live La Vida Loca so if you do need to reschedule, please contact me to choose a new date and time for your session within 24 hours. Rescheduling may be done anytime within a 6-month period.  Rescheduling past the 6-month grace period and No-Shows would require rebooking and paying the session fee again.

Fashionably late is no biggie, but if you know that you will be 20-30+ minutes late, please let me know ASAP so that we can shift things around. If we are free, we don't mind making the session at a later time the same day if it works better for everyone, or alternatively, please reschedule. 

Unless specified in the agreement or there is an urgency, corporate headshots will be ready within 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the project.  For personal headshots, within a week. For events, two weeks.  

Tysons Headshots will deliver images using your preferred medium of delivery: Dropbox, FTP, Box, OneDrive, etc., or through our own platform.  For events and personal headshots, Tysons Headshots will use our own platform.

At the time of signing the contract, the number of photoshoot days must be agreed upon. If another day is required out of contract, the hourly rate or the single headshot rate will apply unless quoted differently. 

Original quotes are just estimates and are subject to adjustments once all the services and options have been set. Other fees may apply as well such as parking fees or last-minutes add-ons.
